New Yorks John F. Kennedy airport was bustling with Israelis this morning who were seeking to catch flights home. For many, their goal was to make it back in time to vote in the general elections being held today, Israels NRG reported on Tuesday.
While for some their flight home today is just a coincidence, todays elections are the main topic of discussion among the travelers in the terminal. Some of the travelers even joked that a debate could be held in the airport, with representatives from all parties, according to the report.
One couple, David and Betty Gordon, told the website they are yet undecided about who to vote for but that they like certain right-wing parties. We made aliyah to Israel eight and a half years ago, and we live in Maaleh Adumim. To date, weve voted three times, they said while laughing. Three elections in eight years, its a little weird, no? They said, Were debating whether to vote for Bayit Yehudi, but were not fully sure of the decision. Baruch Marzel represents us, but not his party. They only added him to gain votes.

Please explain why people on this site fall all over themselves to love everything Jew??? Hello they are liberals!!!
This is a Judeo Christian nation.
It’s founding was heavily, almost exclusively influenced by men that either had a deep relationship with the Jewish Christian God, or were proud believers/practitioners in the morals handed down by the Biblical Scriptures through such people.
As such, many Christians feel a natural affinity for the Jews. The God of Abraham is our God.
Yes it is true that some Jews vote liberal. Even a majority of them do as I understand it. That doesn’t mean that we shouldn’t support them when they are threatened or hated for biased or race based reasons.
I disagree with many of my fellow citizens these days, but if attacked unfairly, I’d be a very big supporter of them.
I support Israel 100%. I do not think it is perfect, but it’s level of perfection far exceeds any of it’s neighbors in the region.
Arabs live in peace inside Israel. Jews are not able to live in peace in the Arab nations. The Arabs in Israel have chosen to remain in Israel and remain peaceful for the most part.
That’s a credit to them and Israel IMO.
That’s about all I have to say on the subject. Hope it helps.
I understand all that. and Yes Israel is by far the best of the bunch over there. BUT the Jews that live HERE constantly undermine this nation by electing its enemies. At least the muslimes open tell me they hate my country...
I constantly see people on here bashing blacks for voting the way they do, and rightfully so, but this group votes EXACTLY the same as they do, and get a pass nearly every time. Yet they both vote for the same things!! MY DISTRUCTION.
