A Denver-bound United Airlines flight had to turn back and return to Dulles International Airport after an unruly passenger allegedly charged toward the cockpit.
According to multiple reports, the passenger was subdued by several passengers near first class before he made it to the cockpit, the Post reports. A Reddit user whose father was on the plane posted pictures and a video of the incident and says that the passenger in question "was screaming and sprinting towards the cockpit" before he was tackled and subdued by "several large passengers."
A government official with "direct knowledge of the incident" told CNN that the passenger was screaming "jihad, jihad" while charged toward the cockpit. The plane, which returned to Dulles shortly after it took off at 10:15 last night, had 33 passengers and six crew members on board.

Needs a resemblance of either commander Xero or Josh Ernest.
Will that be Lava or Dial Soap?
I prefer Lava Soap. Much denser....
“I saw this story on two news stations this morning but they neglected to mention that.”
When Fox News reported it, the “jihad” issue was clearly pointed out.
Take a look in the kitchen area where the food cars are stowed....there is a 6 inch triangular aluminum latch that pivots down to retain the cart in place...
just a 3/16 Allen screw and that puppy comes off...
made for the job for pacifying a miscreant passenger...
just sayin...
Spontaneous clogging comes to mind...the Jihadi/Aisle Stomp...
Time to start groping more grandmas and vets.
“Maybe it was another sociology professor.”
If the video is in deed of this incident, then, yes, it’s a whiny, cry-baby, apologetic, drunken, sociology professor, or at least a sociology student.
The best line was from one of the guys that tackled him. “Don’t worry, David. We’re gonna get you some help.”
” ... you don’t believe it, then you’d better kill me now, because I’ll put a jihad on you, too.”
“I don’t think I’ve been on a commercial flight in the last decade that had so few passengers.”
Me neither. And the plane was a B737, that could have held at least tour times as many pax. I am smelling a rat in this story.
True - I saw another poster take note of that as well - made a note to self to stop flying theose Delta cattle cars.
:-)
MSN is reporting it as well.
Rabid Leftism, the IQ of fence posts, zero impulse control, and an absolute conviction of their own "genius". (However, don't ask them to count past ten or change a tire.) In other words, an absolute waste of protein, a non-functioning burden to society, and a threat to worldwide freedom.
Their stranglehold on academia makes me think that a nitrogen generator from Parker-Hannifin and an airtight room might be something to consider...
Quoting Hugh Fitzgerald in 2006:
"What is the actual expense caused by the large-scale presence of Muslims in the Lands of the Infidels, which so many are taught to believe are enemy lands, so that they are now settling deep within those enemy lines? And once there, they are entrusted with the task of transforming it, slowly or quickly, and making it a place where, eventually, Islam can dominate and Muslims rule. What is the cost this has entailed for Western governments? "....
I’m sure it was a white, 80 year old, Presbyterian grandmother. Or maybe it was a 45 year old Hindu woman from India. Or maybe a middle aged Jewish woman? It could not possibly have been a young, Middle Eastern, Muslim man could it have?
Shhhh.
Lots of things I’ve notice on planes that could come in handy in a ... ahem ... situation.
Airport spokeswoman: “Passenger not arrested or charged with a crime so far”
>Sheeple time is over and has been since 9-11-01.<
I hope at least one of the large passengers answered Jihad Boy with “Let’s Roll!!”
That’s what I was thinking. They were far too nice to him.
I don’t like unruly passengers of any kind when I’m trapped thousand of feet in the air with them. In that situation everyone better behave if they know what’s good for them.
People just don’t put up with the cr@p that they used to on planes. I’ve noticed a sharp decline in loud obnoxious people on planes in general since 9/11
I see it now....
We were at loggerheads....
