Hillary’s Emails and the Law It is a crime—obstruction of justice—to destroy even one message to prevent it from being subpoenaed. By RONALD D. ROTUNDA March 16, 2015

The fact that Hillary Clinton exclusively used a private server in her home, rather than a secure government server, to send emails during her four years as secretary of state has raised many questions. She now says that it was a mistake but also emphasizes that she broke no law. News reports typically describe her offense as not following “policy.”

Whether or not Mrs. Clinton violated a State Department rule, her admitted destruction of more than 30,000 emails sure looks like obstruction of justice—a serious violation...

There was a whole floor in an office building in Little Rock that got torched and it just happened to have been the same floor where Hillary and Bill's "Whitewater" evidence was being stored.

It was probably a lot of work to get somebody to do that.

It is much easier to hit the delete button.

She is gone. She will not recover from this and it will dog her and be her downfall among a number of other things. I don’t think she will announce her run for POTUSWCAP—president of the US with cankles and pants.

We’ve seen this dance before.

Who here thinks this was done in a vacuum — with no consideration for future questioning? I don’t. They knew exactly what they were doing and that they would be caught and they would have some explaining to do, so this is all choreographed.

Clinton will walk backwards on this. Moving forward with her back to the vegetables being thrown at her, meanwhile tailoring their responses by gauging the media and taking their cue.

Web search: CLINTON CHINA TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER

Back then they did it DURING the Bill Clinton administration. This time the money is being transferred in anticipation of her election, but the quid pro quo is still in place and not just with China.

Who cares if she broke the law?

They’ll never hold her accountable.

The clintons and gore gave our nuclear weapons and missile guidance tech to the chicoms and were never held accountable. This is small potatoes.

Re: Your Post #3. I don’t think you’re right, but I wish you were. Nothing stops people like the Clintons and Barack Obama. AT LEAST 47% of America would vote for them on the Democrat Ticket if Jesus Christ was the candidate on the Republican Ticket.

Democrats are Law-Less because Republican "leaders" are BALL-LESS!!!!

Who WILL hold her accountable??? Not the "Just Us" Dept, for sure, NOT the Media RODEO CLOWNS, and perhaps MOST SADLY, NOT the American People, because "What's on Idol" is WAY more important to them.

Hillary is the Kim Kardashiam of politics....Famous for being Famous....not one accomplishment.

The current Justice Department will not prosecute. This is one reason that she MUST run for president and win, to continue her immunity from prosecution as President.

Probably correct. Her husband lied (I did not have sex...) and got away with it. Throw in the “rumor” that she is a Woman and she walks...

A republican DoJ would not prosecute either. Honor among thieves and the code prevents them from eating their own.

At least cities won't burn if something happened to her.
