Telling the truth after all the damage has been done. What a brave man.

The story teaser line on the Wash Post OpEd section [front page]:
“The Justice Dept. report on the shooting of Michael Brown forced me to face uncomfortable truths.”
To: Second Amendment First
I don’t generally agree with Jonathan Capehart, but it is nice to see someone on his side noticing facts. Good for him!

They have also forced me to deal with two uncomfortable truths: Brown never surrendered with his hands up, and Wilson was justified in shooting Brown Well, knock me down with a feather. Often when people have swallowed the lie, and run with it, the lie becomes their new reality - facts be damned.

They have also forced me to deal with two uncomfortable truths: Brown never surrendered with his hands up, and Wilson was justified in shooting Brown. Why should the fact that the officer acted correctly and there was no miscarriage of justice be an "uncomfortable truth"? Most people would be relieved by finding that out.
Answer; because exposes the author and his leftie media cohorts lying, agenda driven pseudo journalism.

Any objective, common sense human being would have known immediately that “Obamabot Gentle Giant”, thug, Michael Brown was a “would be cop killer” who deserved exactly what he got!!! End of story!!! African-American are badly adrift at sea without either a rudder or paddle, and certainly, no real worthwhile, leadership. You base a society on freebies and handouts....this is the result....low life, riots and destruction!!! Come on, only one hundred (100) people went on the march from Selma to Montgomery, Alabama....you got to be kidding.....MLK, the great man and American, must be crying and turning over in his grave at the vermin running loose these days in Ferguson, MO!!! Obama, Inc. is destroying American Blacks and the Republic at the same time!!! Sad!!!

... the false Ferguson narrative stuck because of concern over a distressing pattern of other police killings of unarmed African American men and boys around the time of Browns death. Eric Garner was killed on a Staten Island street on July 17. John Crawford III was killed in a Wal-Mart in Beavercreek, Ohio, on Aug. 5, four days before Brown. Levar Jones survived being shot by a South Carolina state trooper on Sept. 4. Tamir Rice, 12 years old, was killed in a Cleveland park on Nov. 23, the day before the Ferguson grand jury opted not to indict Wilson. Sadly, the list has grown longer. True, these things have happened and this Republic would be better off if that were not the case. That said, however, to keep a posture of "balanced reporting", shouldn't you construct a list of blacks who killed white policemen, too? I have a feeling that list would be disproportionately larger.

Facts are irrelevant. Truth is irrelevant.
The narrative is all that matters.
It also holds true for our history. As long as a bone head leftist professor at an elite university says it that’s all that matters.
