That’s right. I heard they packed the DOJ with radicals and that subsequent administrations would have difficulty removing them for years to come. Well this might be a way to rid some of them. Wonder what other tricks and slowdowns can be developed to fully raise the issue to light. Could the judge continue ordering investigative hearings before even ruling on the reversal of the injunction? that would be great.
I get the impression that the judge is as serious as a highballing freight train about this. More power to him!
