BS! I, and many of my friends, have been on SS for about 6-8 years or longer. ....We paid part of our earnings into the SSA from the 1950s and 1960s.

In return, the SSA pays us a small % of what we earned when working, after they deduct over $1200 a year for basic Medicare coverage.

None of my friends are Obama supporters.
