Holder Frames Ferguson PD For Racism Using Bogus 'Disparate Impact' Stats

Racial Politics: Unable to pin racism charges on Ferguson policeman Darren Wilson in the shooting death of Michael Brown, Attorney General Eric Holder is using half-baked data to manufacture a case of racism against his entire police force.

Holder's race-baiting civil rights crew combed through several years of Ferguson Police Department data on traffic stops, searches and arrests and "found a pattern of racial disparities in Ferguson's police activities."

"African Americans are overrepresented in FPD's vehicular stops" and victims of "racial bias," Holder concludes in his report.

Holder sent his Fed team to Ferguson to find the police department discriminates against blacks and his team obeyed orders.

The whole U.S. is Ferguson..

For example "Crimes Against Persons, total: 1,297,153, white offenders 768,147, black offenders 452,877 -- yet whites out number blacks at least six to one. Golly gee.

Seems to me the Obama-Holder demagogues and the race-grievance industry are overlooking deep-rooted racism in the Dept of Just Us. What's taking so long to see that racism is pandemic and their very own Dept of Just Us has documented it and done nothing. Shame. Shame.

Please note that the last four columns of the Offender Table are my additions.. THEY ARE NOT PART OF THE FBI TABLES. I want to make that clear.

Seems that blacks are being arrested far more than their percentage of the population would suggest. And how could it be that there are far more black offenders than black victims.. golly gee. NIBRS is racist?

Tonight O’reilly was saying how it is so obvious Ferguson police are racist because 94% of Jaywalkers are African American. I live in St Louis and young blacks walk in the middle of the street and don’t let cars pass until they are ready to leave the street. That is what M. Brown was doing the day he was killed. If they walk in the streets and block cars yes they will get a disproportionate amount of tickets!
