All but one of the jurors tasked with deciding convicted killer Jodi Arias’ fate wanted to sentence her to death, they revealed today after the judge declared a mistrial.

That juror should be indicted for perjury, because she obviously lied during voir dire. If she was opposed to the death penalty and couldn’t consider voting to impose it in any situation, then she lied to get on the trial judge.
Why don’t they just cut a plea deal for life in prison? A third trial? Seriously?
I didn’t see in the article where it stated she was opposed to the death penalty. It simply said she didn’t vote to impose it. It’s possible she believes in the death penalty but didn’t think it was warranted in this case.
Yeah I think it was a huge waste of money..no jury was going to send this woman to death row..its the whole “She’s too cute to die” kind of mentality..it was never going to happen..just sentence her to life in prison and be done with it

Then I would indict her for stupidity.
With this hung jury the results are Life and possibly Life with a chance of parole. That is it, she will never get out of jail.
That is, until some activist federal judge down the line reinterprets the "living constitution" and rules that life in prison constitutes "cruel and unusual punishment".
Well she admittedly and definitely violated her oath by letting the made for TV portrayal affect her thinking.
That's already happened in Mexico.
I think Arias is a raving madwoman-she reminds me of a green female character in an original Star Trek episode about a planet that was a psych facility for the criminally insane-she killed all her lovers to keep them from cheating.
The guy Jody Arias sliced and shot to death never sounded like he had a lot of respect for women or fidelity, but a normal person isn’t going to kill someone for that, abuse or not-Arias only seems to be a danger to men-but I don’t think she should ever get paroled...
If anyone deserves the DP it is her. She killed the guy like a wild animal.
If she gets life then EVERYONE on death row needs commutation. The chick deserves the Death penalty.
It was nonsense anyway, no way would she ever have been executed, even though she should have been.

E. Plur.... Sounds like one juror lied when asked about imposing the death penalty.
I think that custom was called “wergild” in Saxon Britain and Scandinavian countries in the Dark Ages, and it seems fair to me...
But I don’t think it applies-his family didn’t spend any money that I know of because of Arias, and the only person he was supporting was apparently himself. I say just keep the lunatic locked up...
