Sharyl Attkisson: Hillary's Personal Email Use Part of Pattern
Newsmax ^ | 04 Mar 2015 | Sean Piccoli

We know that under this administration, high-ranking officials in various federal agencies have claimed that they didn't understand — or had reasons not to follow — federal law that requires certain sorts of record retention," including for official email correspondence, said Attkisson,

"This has happened, I believe, at the IRS, with HHS," she said, citing the agencies accused, respectively, of targeting politically conservative PACs

...

Attkisson, an independent journalist formerly with CBS News, said that while working on a story about the ACA's online insurance marketplace, HealthCare.gov, she has learned that one official "was specifically told, 'Don't email things; we don't want to create email records.'

"They're very cognizant now that these records are public record," she said.

"If anyone thinks that people who might be doing something the public doesn't like aren't scheming ways to get around the idea that these records can be disclosed, they're being naïve," she said, "because that's going on all the time."

...

And if people at the highest levels aren't following federal law or claiming they don't understand it, what's the law there for?" said Attkisson. "Who's going to follow it at all, if not people at the very top?"

The NSA MUST be directed to spy on all elected persons and their staff.
The NSA MUST be directed to leave the Citizens alone.

The Citizens MUST know what their public servants are planning an doing.

...whether Clerk B should still edit a draft Clerk C wrote because Clerk A was too busy to write it....

Clerk A is an inexperienced junior with six months on the job. Clerk A is still in training and needs oversight of their work.

Clerk C is a 20 year veteran, and nobody needs to check their work.

The laws have changed since Slick Willie's administration. Email was not that common back then.

But surely you know that.

Nothing is done to enforce the rules, so the rules are ignored.

At least not at high levels with the intent to screw the People - when I was active duty and/or a civilian employee of the AF, if I had done what they have done, it would be game over for me.

I think you missed my point about Sharyl. The work she is
doing with regard to the Obama administration scandals is
admirable but she can’t seem to figure out that this all is
just liberal SOP. While Sharyl “sees a pattern” we see a
way of life when it comes to liberal misdeeds.

What does any of that have to do with a specific provision that was proven to be deliberately included that limits federal subsidies to states with enrolled insurance exchanges?
