The Associated Press said Wednesday that it was considering legal action over unfulfilled Freedom of Information Act requests for government documents covering Hillary Rodham Clinton’s tenure as secretary of state.
In its requests, the AP asked for her full schedules and calendars and for details on the State Department’s decision to grant a special position to a longtime Clinton aide, Huma Abedin, among other documents. The oldest request, the news organization said, was made in March 2010.
“We believe it’s critically important that government officials and agencies be held accountable to the voters,” said AP’s general counsel, Karen Kaiser. “In this instance, we’ve exhausted our administrative remedies in pursuit of important documents and are considering legal action.”

Warren’s claims were disrespectful.

I think it’s shameful and extremely disrespectful not just to Cherokees but to all tribes who have given so much to this country historically and lost so much.”

It was inappropriate if she used it to get ahead.
I think if she used it just to get some kind of advantage — whatever it was — like a job application or something, then that’s probably not appropriate. ... If you have nothing to do with Indians at all — never — except to try to get some unfair advantage, then I think there’s an ethical question in that. ... I don’t know if Mrs. Warren did that or not. Maybe not.”

I suspect that the Obama crew does NOT want Hillary to be the next President, and is manipulating events to ensure it doesn't happen.
I think they, the Democrat party are setting up John Kerry again. I believe they are going to run him once more with his “success” as Secretary of State.
What success you ask? They are trying to make the negotiations with the Iranians that “success”. John Kerry will be the one who will heroically return them to the negotiating table, and get them to some agreement only the news media will claim as “success”, but what else does the Democrat Party need, but the press screaming “success”?

No way they can do that with this. There are thousands of emails. Any one of them could be used by enemies to blackmail her if she is President. And any thinking person will clearly see this.
This is almost the perfect time as this will play out for a few months, Hildebeast will have to back out of the race at the perfect moment with just the right amount of time left to run a winning campaign without as much conservative push back.
this is just a happy result of the divide coming from the democrat primary.... there are lefties out there that want someone like elizabeth warren and they will turn out all their nasty lefty tricks against other democrats in the way.

Today’s “Express” (freebie published by WaPo, distributed at all Metro stations and other locations) had a feature, “A new scandal reminds some of old criticism” which included:
1. They don’t think the rules apply to them;
2. They’re always hiding something;
3. They only think about politics.
This, let me repeat, is a subsidiary of WaPo.
Where’s the warrant for the possession of the server?
National security interests are at stake.
