Federal prosecutors today kicked off the long-awaited trial of accused Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev with a devastating chronology of his alleged actions on the day of the bombings that killed three and wounded 260 — as defense attorneys freely admitted “it was him.”
“He decided to place his bomb right behind a row of children... one of them was Martin Richard,” federal prosecutor William Weinreb said during opening statements at the John Joseph Moakley United States Courthouse in Boston. “When he was a safe distance away, he detonated his bomb ... Some bled to death on the sidewalk as the defendant ran away.”
Then, Weinreb said, Tsarnaev went to Whole Foods to buy milk.
Weinreb also read aloud part of the message Tsarnaev allegedly scrawled on the inside of the boat he hid in as police scoured Watertown for him.
“He believed that killing Americans” would secure him a place in heaven, Weinreb said.
Weinreb told the jury — 12 jurors and six alternates, comprising 10 women and eight men — that bloody gloves found in Tsarnaev’s car contained the DNA of MIT police officer Sean Collier, who was executed as he sat in his police cruiser.
“The defendant and his brother used the Ruger ... to execute Sean Collier,” Wienreb said.

I’m at the point now when any statements issued by Fed intelligence agencies are lies until proven otherwise.

On top of hundreds of thousands of taxpayer dollars given to this POS and his family. He and his family got housing, welfare, food stamps, heating subsidies, and health care PLUS all the goods his mother stole from Nordstroms - or was it Saks 5th Avenue.
None of that took place in Boston and I have never seen a pic of an M4 pointing through a window at a housewife.

Okay, you'll have to pardon me, I'm just a hick who lives in Alabama, and I don't know the high-and-mighty Boston area very well. I was given to believe that Watertown was part of the Boston metroplex, but again, just a hick who believes the news when they post pictures of a DHS thug sitting on an armored personnel carrier, with an M4 pointing at a housewife in Watertown who was standing in an upstairs window.
Given you probably live in one of them giant metroplexes, maybe you can inform little old provincial me where exactly this tyranny took place.
Nevertheless, this tyranny happened, on American soil. To deny it happened is a denial of reality, and something that a Fed sympathizer would do, but that's beside the point.

This is an attempt to rehabilitate the reputation of the cops in the eyes of the public after the awful rape of civil liberties that occurred in Watertown yesterday.
They were dragging families out of their beds in the middle of the night, scaring kids to death with their jackboots trampling Americans' civil liberties.
