LOL! I did the same thing last time and got kicked off at the last selection. I was seated as #7 of 12.

I got kicked off the last one I was called for also.

It was a self defense thing, the prosecutor asked me how many guns do I own, I told him, got kicked off "real quick".

The guy got off, I found out, shouldn't have been charged to begin with.

There are very few murders in the county where I live. This case was for a multi murder hit job.
The defendent was giving the jury of which I was seated the eyeball before the trial was to start, trying to intimidate us. I gave it right back at him and was quickly dismissed.

Success! The faces I made didn't work, but when I complimented the prosecutor on his Rush Limbaugh tie, that did it! LOL.

I was also right. The jury is 9 blacks and 3 whites. She is accused of ripping off and abusing an elderly patient in a nursing home, along with medicare or medicaid fraud. The patient later died.
