Everything around here was encased in ¼" of solid ice. I had to get my sister into the OSS Health Facility for knee surgery by 5am, and saw cars/trucks sliding every-which-way, but fortunately no accidents or injuries. It was ugly out there until the sun came up and temps got above freezing.
