Last week, Mark Levin, a Constitutional expert, suggested that the GOP senators should suspend the filibuster. There is nothing in the Constitution which requires the arcane filibuster rules. Besides we need a weapon to defend the citizens against Obama's lawlessness. Even if Obama Vetoes the DHS bill without Amnesty, the American people will see the Dems defending Obama's lawlessness if they do not vote to override the veto. Let's tell our Senators to cut to the chase and suspend the filibuster and pass the House version of DHS without Amnesty. The GOP promised the electorate that they would stop Amnesty and repeal Obamacare, etc.. The GOP Senators must suspend the filibuster for the rest of Obama's term to fight for the American people and push back against Obama's lawlessness. The American people could care less about the filibuster. Let's cut the snobbery, suspend the filibuster and start fighting for what the American people want now!
Well, the budget isn’t exactly make-believe if you consider that it deals with taxation. Which, logically, should be a lot more contentious than spending.
Thats a big reason for Reconciliation: preventing filibusters of new tax policy. And it was used to great effect to ram through one of the most significant tax policies in US history: Obamacare.
When will Mark Levin realize that McConnell would suspend the filibuster if he wanted to oppose 0bama and amnesty.
McConnell already knows what to do, he just doesn’t want to do it.
Levin better wake up and realize that McConnell and his ilk are the enemy.
We need a bare knuckle brawler in the Senate and instead we have an elderly, saggy, turkey-neck.
The Senate wimp would like to see amnesty go through. After all he IS bought and paid for by the big money donors who also want cheap labor.
There are a LOT of things Republican senators SHOULD do...
We shall see.
Of course they should changes the rule. That’s what the Democrats would do. But our guys are a bunch of cowards and blowhards. They’ll crap in their pants a little and blame everyone else for the smell.

There’s your first mistake. They are not OUR GOP Senators, they belong to The Cheap Labor Express. They have been bought and paid for and will deliver amnesty for their masters.
Their only trick is to make us think they resisted.
Mark Levin is right. Mitch should have already done this, passed the original House bill and plopped it on Barry’s desk. Let him shut down the DHS to save his illegal activities. This would be a lot easier for the GOP to defend.
That’s two strikes before the first pitch is delivered.
