It doesn't matter what she believes of herself; what matters is what Christ knows of her. I can not understand how any person can support abortion yet assume they know Christ and are in tune with his Spirit.
I am, today, a staunchly pro-life Christian. But there was a time when I did not have as clear an understanding of abortion as I do now, even though I was following the Lord and believed in matters of faith what I believe today concerning salvation and new birth in Christ. I was wrong, and when the Lord, in His time, opened my eyes to see abortion as He sees it, I was staggered at just how wrong I had been. For the record, I had been a Christian over 20 years at that point, (having come to faith as a child), and was a grown woman, married, with children of my own.
