Republican Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul earned a standing ovation at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) Friday, with members of the conservative activist crowd chanting “President Paul” at one point.
Paul made clear overtures to a presidential run. The video of his speech is below. Here are some highlights:

nothing wrong with what you did or your thoughts on Rand. But do yourself a favor and research his Ferguson Pandering. To me, it was unforgiveable, and as I posted earlier, I thought highly of Rand prior to his sellout.

What I fear most is just the gradual warming water of rules, regs, fees, taxes, lawsuits, confiscations, condemnations.

EVERYONE on FR, the above FW posted is the slow War that is destroying the USA and most of Europe.
But I will add Whitey, they sure have been using heavier “throttle” the last 10 years to destroy this Country. And with the internet, there is no longer an excuse to not know what is happening, why its happening and who is responsible.
This isn’t the 70s, 80s and 90s where a guy could only get news from the propagandized newspapers, local TV news and the three networks weekdays at 5:30 PM.

Sad to see so many emulating the Left: attack the messenger, disregard the message (and he IS on message).
He’ll at least argue from his own convictions, not some mushy, finger-in-the-wind pandering.
Is anyone else (yeah, Cruz) talking restoring Freedom, restoring the Republic? Hell, I’m waiting for the others to even HINT at the Constitution.
For all his ‘looney’, IMHO, he’s one whom is willing to change his mind, if the debate is persuasive enough.
