Being as I think most (not all) of what government does, is evil, how long will it be before Free Republic, and other conservative sites are shut down? Do you think they would be as bold as that?

Yes, this was planned to be implemented right after the 2014 elections gearing up for the big 2016 elections.

I believe they will start sending out notices shutting down all conservative web sites as the race starts to heat up at the end of this year.
