Yes, it’s about sex. Gay sex. “Nuff said. This is the clean version of the video edited for MTV.

The original dirty version, which was shown on USA’s “Night Flight”, is too explicit to post here. It’s about the – ahem! – activities at a gay club. You can see how AIDS was spread. I won’t post that video, but you’re free to look it up if your stomach can handle it. Be forewarned!

and I told him that I had tired of explaining to myself or to others
as to the “why” that I either liked or disliked something...
I am at the point where I either like something or dislike something
