Some bureaucrats could end up in prison for implementing President Obama’s amnesty plan for illegal aliens. Even if they don’t violate the brand-new court injunction, they are accountable under a special federal statute.
It’s illegal to spend federal money on purposes never approved by Congress. Yet Mr. Obama has bureaucrats going full-speed ahead to create the mechanism that would process amnesty for millions, even while a court injunction requires that actual processing cannot yet begin.
Preparations are proceeding “full-throttle,” according to Judicial Watch, which works to make government accountable. The group has uncovered details about some of the tens of millions of dollars already being spent to launch Mr. Obama’s amnesty plan and called for a full investigation. Billions more in tax dollars are also on the line.
However, there is personal risk for all who do Mr. Obama’s bidding rather than obey the laws that govern federal payments.
Each person who violates what’s called the Anti-Deficiency Act (31 U.S. Code Sec. 1341) could be fined $5,000, sent to prison for two years, lose their job, or all of these. That law makes no exceptions for those who claim they merely obeyed orders from superiors, including the president.

In addition to wasting more than $7T in useless deficit spending, it looks like Obama is stealing millions of dollars too. I despise these evil people.
If we had a decent Congress and a fair media then this man would have been impeached over his lawlessness.
He cares nothing about the law or the Constitution and neither does most in his party due to their brainwashing of social justice.
Notice yet again the media for the most part are not covering on what he said?
Just another day of lawlessness by this administration and not a thing is being done to bring people to trial and seek justice.

But his statement was a lie by omission. You are not required to obey illegal orders. In fact, you must not.
No one will be going to prison as long at the DO(in)J is OWNED by the Left/this Admin. And the SCOTUS can be blackmailed to allow his lawlessness to continue. LAW means nothing in this country anymore, unless you are Conservative and standing up for your conscience. Then the full weight of the Leftist Government will come down on you until you can no longer fight back.
Who is going to charge them? Obama IS the law. The Constitution is not as strong as we imagined. Progressives have moved beyond it.
They found the perfect person to kill the Constitution.

I don’t have any hope that a republican will be elected president in 2016. And especially one that’s conservative.
The fix is in and the rinos are in on it. Voter fraud and millions of Mexicans will give it all to the democrats.

Yes I wouldn’t want to live in socialist hell these democrats like Obama dictator are cooking up for us here in this once free beautiful capitalistic country named America. I’m looking for another country to escape to or hopefully I’ll just die soon :better to die fighting for freedom than to live on my knees being a slave to these democrat/socialist cockroaches .
