The Real Crimes By Obama: Against Blacks
Townhall.com ^ | February 25, 2015 | John Ransom

Posted on 02/25/2015 2:09:42 PM PST by Kaslin

Three years later and even the Obama administration has to admit that George Zimmerman committed no crime when he shot Trayvon Martin.

“The U.S. Justice Department said on Tuesday it will not file civil rights charges against George Zimmerman,” reported Reuters, “concluding its investigation three years after the Florida neighborhood watch volunteer fatally shot unarmed black teenager Trayvon Martin.”

So even the low bar of hate crime status couldn’t be cleared.

Let’s make this clear right now: Was Zimmerman wrong?

Yes, I think so.

I would not have shot and killed Trayvon Martin.

I am certain of this.

But there is a big difference between committing a crime and being wrong.

And it obscures the real crimes committed by Democrats—including Obama-- against blacks every day: an education system which, thanks to unions, fails inner city kids; a political system designed to keep blacks on the liberal Plantation; an judicial system that keeps black males in jail; a monetary system that punishes blacks inordinately over white, Hispanic, and Asian workers.

Notice “white” was the only term not capitalized.

That’s why George Zimmerman was classified as a “white” Hispanic, as if the term existed previously.

While ISIS rampages over the Middle East, and Russia rapes her neighbors, Obama pretends like this is 1964, rural Mississippi.

The discrimination that happens is systemic, perpetuated by the federal system that Obama champions.

And that’s really at the heart of the Zimmerman investigation. You’ll notice that they quote the Martin family about their disappointment.

MARTIN'S FAMILY DISAPPOINTED, says Reuters.

Yeah but Zimmerman’s family is happy.

When someone dies who is innocent, it’s a zero sum game.

No one is gonna win.

Obama knows this and so does Eric Holder, Attorney General.

They don’t want to win, they want to gain.

"This young man's premature death necessitates that we continue the dialogue and be unafraid of confronting the issues and tensions his passing brought to the surface," said Holder of the decision.

It’s sad that these two black men, who presumably would have so much to offer black youths, have nothing to offer at all in the end but propaganda.

"Our decision not to pursue federal charges does not condone the shooting that resulted in the death of Trayvon Martin and is based solely on the high legal standard applicable to these cases," Acting Assistant Attorney General Vanita Gupta of the Civil Rights Division said in a statement.

That’s as it should be.

High standards when talking about subjective evidence like “hate” crimes and civil rights violations is proper.

It is properly reserved for the most heinous of acts.

What George Zimmerman and Trayvon Martin did that night was tragic but certainly not heinous. Had it been I in Zimmerman’s place Trayvon Martin most certainly would be alive today. Of this I am sure.

That he—Zimmerman-- was stupid, yes to this I subscribe.

But there is a big difference between the stupidity of private citizens and public officials like Obama and Holder. They are stupid on purpose.

I for one, am sick of it.

I was tempted to stop reading at this point. Is he suggesting that Mr. Zimmerman would have been better off with a fatal concussion?

Not as sure as I am that you'd be a forgotten 3 yr old, 6 line obituary right now.

“I would not have shot and killed Trayvon Martin.

I am certain of this.”

He appears to be saying that if he was flat on his back with a very large man repeatedly bashing his head into the cement he would choose a possibly fatal brain injury over self defense.

Liberals. Always starting wars they cannot finish, giving the option to stop the war in the thug’s hands as a result. They thus give grief to cops and then expect the cop to be a good guy who will stop them, bailing them out on welfare or with a meal in jail, only to find out the cop might like to fight a war too and beats their heads to a pulp, because said cop is just that, a cop, and not some Budhist police.

Zimmerman made multiple tactical mistakes up to the point when he was attacked by a criminal. After that point, Zimmerman made exactly the right decision, which he almost delayed too much, firing one fatal shot into a thug who needed killing.

Well then John, you'd be dead now with a bashed in skull and little Trayvon would be walking the streets looking for the next cracker to jump on a dark and rainy night.

“I would not have shot and killed Trayvon Martin”

So the author would have allowed Trayvon to beat him to death?

..and prepping illegals to vote Hillary into the White House. There won’t be very many Americans left willing to vote for Hillary after her predecessor is done destroying America and the Democrat party along with it.

I would not have shot and killed Trayvon Martin.

Then you would be dead or disabled, and Martin would be in prison or out looking for more victims.

Why, yes, Trayvon would have beaten the author to death. After all, the author would have DESERVED it, for dissing young Trayvon in the first place.

This was not “stand your ground”. The fact is, Zimmerman had nowhere to retreat TO, so retreat was absolutely not an option.

Resist an unrelenting attack, or die. Now Trayvon, he had several perfectly good opportunities to retreat himself, but did he take advantage of even one?

What the writer is saying is that he would not have gotten out of the car to see where Trayvon was going. So the confrontation never would have taken place.

Of course the John Ransom (if he's white) isn't living in a neighborhood where he and his fellow residents (black and white) have been repeatedly robbed by young black men...

The writer doesn't deal with blacks who break in - and get away before cops come. The black thugs who destroy the feeling of safety in a community hurt everyone - but especially the Zimmermans of the world. People who think where they live shouldn't be dreadful - but lack the money to move to a safer neighborhood.

In a few years people who can't get away from Ferguson will feel the same... Part of being human is we want to live in a safe place.

Those who live near black neighborhoods are tired of being robbed and abused by young black men - then abused by the white liberal elites who defend black thuggish behavior from the safely of their expensive neighborhoods and guarded high rises.

The people tired of being victims of black thugs are both black ... and white... and Asian... and Hispanic and every other race. We're all sick of the high proportion of black criminals..

Blacks need to get a serious grip on this situation and start dealing with the thuggish men they're producing...

Or,
that he would not own or carry a permitted handgun,
or, he does not care about the security of his neighbors and family,
or, if he did, he wouldn't address an anonymous lurker,
or he'd simply have given Saint Travon a pass because he was Black.

Then, again, maybe he is just aware of the need for jobs & better government that would end crime and terrorism in Florida as well as peaceful Islamic countries.

John Ransom is an idiot. He would have been killed if he had been in that situation.

Zimmerman only fired his gun because Trayvon saw it and was trying to grab it to kill him with it. He had to choose between killing and being killed.

Zimmerman the "white Hispanic" was one-eighth black--the same percentage as Homer Plessy of the famous Plessy v. Ferguson case which led to the Supreme Court decision allowing "separate but equal" accommodations. Zimmerman loved his grandmother (maybe still does--I don't know if she is still alive) who was half black (what used to be called "mulatto"), but the DOJ was desperate to find evidence to suggest Zimmerman shot Trayvon because he was prejudiced against black people. All they had to go on was the doctored bit of tape and not even the DOJ tried to build a case on that.
