Given Russia’s negative experiences with Jihad, it’s tough to see why they want to hang out with Iran and Syria.

Even the Russians know how stupid we are in giving Iran nukes and are looking to exploit it for their own benefit.

The price tag on the Antey-2500, which Russia has already sold to Venezuela, is $1 billion per system.

Sigh. They're queuing up for toilet paper in Venezuela and purchasing $1 billion missile systems. I have only bit of advice for anyone, especially Iran, who is purchasing Soviet weapons systems: caveat emptor.

It doesn’t matter, our planes (and therefore Israel’s) are better than Russia’s missiles and therefore cannot be shot down. How do I know that? Easy, we spend more money on our military than Russia does, therefore we can always defeat their hardware. Get back with me when Russia starts matching our military spending.

(unfortunately, that’s how a large number of FReepers see it)
