I think the fact that there was new language that magically appeared in the negotiated document speaks volumes. To pull such a juvenile stunt, the eurocrats must have thought Obama was signing the document.

Wrong. As I wrote in an earlier post, reparations were paid in behalf of Germany by the U.S. to Greece. Additionally, in 1990 Greece signed an agreement with Germany stating that no more money was due. Google it.
