Consumers who tried to enroll in Obamacare last weekend but couldn't finish because of technical problems will have another week to complete the task, Department of Health and Human Services officials said Monday.
The new deadline for enrolling in federally mandated health insurance has been extended through Feb. 22.
A few reasons that qualify people for the extension include: longer than normal call center wait times and a glitch on the site verifying income. Officials also said that individuals who experience "life-changing events," including getting married, having a baby, or losing job-based coverage, can always apply.
Officials with the department declined to estimate how many people were eligible for the extension.

The web site doesn't work
There is no security in place, and the FEDGovt. exempted itself from reporting or notifying of ID fraud !
It is still being modified !
THe IRS doesn't have the proper forms , or the manpower to implement OBUNGLERCare
The Demorrats who voted want exemptions from coverage !

Technical problem as in the entire system and law was crap from the beginning technical???
I guess all the online tax preparation services will have this notice blinking in red at the top of the page, for weeks, as this will not be the only extension.
More to the point.
There was no reason to pass any kind of law. Obama should have done it by EO and been done with it. That’s how it’s being implemented.
Technically not enough people have signed up to justify the 0bamaCare program.
There is no deadline.
Just say you have it and carry on.
