It's very mundane. Leaves around the outside of the house so I can hear a trespasser. One-way locks on internal doors so if someone comes through a window, he'll be confined to that room. Security front door. Lights around the outside of the house. Two big labs who bark at strange noises.

I should add that I have great neighbors who would contact me if anything were amiss.
