He was apparently a difficult and hard person to have for a boss, but I guess that would depend on whether one is trying to be liked by everyone ... or they are going to do the best, no matter who else may get in the way. Jobs was going to go for the best. And that works IF one is a GENIUSES ... which it appears Steve Jobs was.
He really stressed making machines user-friendly, and easy to use. That’s the important part about business with computers and mobile phones, you must make something that people beyond the techno-geeks can figure out, and that’s what Steve Jobs figured out how to do, and excelled at.
