From what I read about Seattle Police, the teacher should consider themselves lucky they were not killed. It does not take much for them to kill you.

What IS it with these female cops in Seattle? The other one, who tried to arrest the black man with the golf club, sounded like she was in abject terror the whole time.
I especially liked the part where she said, ‘you swung it at me,’ followed closely by, ‘sir, this is all being recorder on video and audio.’ That would have been fine, except the club never even came off the ground.
Somebody needs firing plus some additional penalty.
Cops live by different rules.
Had one of us Pepper Spayed a random person walking down the street, we would go to prison.
The cop will not be arrested and never be prosecuted.
As a Seattle resident it gives me a warm and fuzzy feeling thinking about Jesse Hagopian getting pepper sprayed. He is the epitome of left wing indoctrinators otherwise known as teachers.
Can anyone understand what this elfen witch is screaming at the crowd before she randomly sprays people moving on a public thoroughfare?
She screams out "step back" for a while, and then hoses down with pepper spray anybody within range, hitting a guy who was just walking by, talking on his cell phone and probably not hearing her.

I broke my arm three different times, I was concussed 3 times, I had a bruised kidney, I passed a kidney stone...those were all more serious and more painful than pepper spray. Yes, if I want to think about it, I can recall the pain for some of them (two happened at 3 years old and younger) - but it doesn’t affect me or my family.
My father died 10 years ago, THAT is a painful memory - but you don’t hear me whining to the media about it.
BTW - I’m prediction your “painful memory” will last until the precise moment you deposit your settlement check. From then on it won’t be painful for you or your family.
I was in Southern Illinois many years ago going to school and working. There was a young man with some sort of mental defect who put me in mind of Baby Huey, very large and not the sharpest, but relatively harmless; my point being that anyone with a modicum of common sense could see this young man was not quite right. One day he went into a convenience store and got a soda and candy and took a TV Guide which he told the clerk he would return. The clerk called the cops. A diminutive female of 5 foot nothing 90lbs showed up. True to his word, Huey shows to return the TV Guide. He puts it back on the rack and begins to leave. The female officer tries to detain him but is dragged like a child skitching on the bumper of a school bus in the snow; Huey not really resisting but simply walking wondering why it is hard to walk. THis female officer pulls out her pepper spray and sprays this young man in the face hitting his mouth. “Blaah!” He says, “Now I need something to drink.” So he takes a soda. THe spray had zero effect on him. Fortunately the campus police, who were acquainted with him and knew who was responsible for him showed. They were pretty p.o.ed at the female officer’s actions and let her know about it. I had the same police department pull guns on me twice for minor traffic offenses.

The video don’t show what led up to the spraying, my guess is much more happened before they sniped the tape to cut it out.
