Texas Lawmaker Under Fire For Facebook Post On Muslim Capitol Day Rep. Molly White asks Muslim visitors to pledge allegiance to America

By Dylan Stableford

A newly elected Texas state lawmaker is under fire for a divisive Facebook post asking Muslim visitors attending an event at the state capitol in Austin to pledge allegiance to the United States.

The event, Texas Muslim Capitol Day, was organized by the Texas chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations.

"Today is Texas Muslim Capital [sic] Day in Austin," Molly White, a House Republican, wrote on her Facebook page Thursday. "The House is in recess until Monday. Most Members including myself are back in District. I did leave an Israeli flag on the reception desk in my office with instructions to staff to ask representatives from the Muslim community to renounce Islamic terrorist groups and publicly announce allegiance to America and our laws. We will see how long they stay in my office."

It is a Facebook post, where she states her opinion. There is no controversy here

And this is bad, WHY, YahooFreak NonNews?

GD Yahoo News wants this to be an issue, but they can suck it. This is a very good thing. If you cannot pledge allegiance -- something I did EVERY DAY in elementary and high school -- then GTFO of my country.

This is what makes Muslims different from other immigrant groups that've come to America. From the Germans, to the Irish, to the Japanese, they were all looked at with suspicion. Instead of whining like a bunch of little bit6hes, they went out and proved themselves to be loyal Americans...

Instead of proving their loyalty, they whine and complain..until they can reach a high percentage of the population when they'll start imposing Sharia law on Us.

“...until they can reach a high percentage of the population when they’ll start imposing Sharia law”

They already have sharia law in Texas.

What is offensive about that? Are they Americans too or just Muslims?

It’s disappointing that she can’t spell “Capitol,” though.

The list found in the following link only includes two that occurred in Texas. The last one (page 15) is an arbitration case that took place on September 25, 2002 in which all five parties signed an “Arbitration Agreement” to submit all claims to the TEXAS ISLAMIC COURT, 888 S. Greenville Avenue, Suite 188, Richardson, Texas. In my research, I have not found any other mention of this court, and am not even sure that it still tries cases or still exists. Some years ago I heard that the Court of Appeals in Dallas referred Muslim mediation cases to the Texas Islamic Court. They may be operating thru independent Muslim law firms like The Islamic Tribunal, as explained the next paragraph. But, first take a look at the following link. It is shocking that the states and federal government are allowing this to happen!
http://publicpolicyalliance.org/wp-content/uploads/2010/11/Shariah_Cases_11states_11-08-2010.pdf

Is the Breitbart story you are referring to based on an article by The Freedom Outpost that talked about The Islamic Tribunal in Dallas, TX which is a “voluntary” means of settling family matters, divorces, business disputes, real estate litigation, and community problems? If so, this so-called voluntary method of using Sharia lawyers to resolve the above cases privately is the tip of a pry bar that is working its way into our legal system to run in tandem with, and eventually replace U.S. and Texas law. It needs to be stopped. That is what Representative Jeff Leach’s HB562 ALAC bill is attempting to halt. The problem is that even if HB562 is passed, Muslim legal firms will still keep plying their trade, posing as dispute mediators, while using Sharia law as the basis for settling cases. The parties would agree to the terms and conditions set forth by the mediators, in order to not be subject to U.S. law. It is essentially an underground system of foreign law operating within our borders. And, since these cases would not go through the Texas legal system, they would be operating under the radar, and not affected by ALAC legislation. This is why it will run in tandem with, or alongside the U.S. legal system until such time that it becomes an accepted practice. At least, that is my understanding of it.
http://www.islamictribunal.org/about-it/

The following is an April 2000 case in Arlington which was a divorce trial between two Muslims, held in a Texas court. It is an example of how unwilling and belligerent Muslims are when they required to comply with our laws. It involved a Pakistani couple. The court ruled in favor of the wife, but the ex-husband wanted to video tape the court proceedings in order to send the video to Pakistan so that a Pakistani court would issue a death warrant on his ex-wife who had won the previous case which he was appealing. http://www.txcourts.gov/All_Archived_Documents/14thCOA/Case/Opinions/042700/970888f.PDF

Here is a June 2009 case in which a man wrote something that offended the Islamic Society of Arlington, TX and other Islamic organizations who sued him. He won on appeal. This is a case in which free speech is under attack. Joe Kaufman wrote an article in the Front Page magazine website titled “Fanatic Muslim Family Day.” It ticked off the Muslims, who then filed suit.

The thing that I find most amazing is that all U.S. courts have accepted the false premise that Islam is a “religion.” Offending Muslims is being treated as a crime. It is classified as hate speech, and American courts are now handing out sentences based on “hate crime” statutes per 6.11.1 (Federal hate crime laws), enacted as part of the federal Hate Crimes Act (part of the Civil Rights Act of 1968). http://www.txcourts.gov/media/478288/domesticviolencebenchbook.pdf

Today Sharia is voluntary in Texas because Muslims make up less than 2% of the population. Sharia will be required for Muslims once they make up over 5% of the population. When they make up more than 10% of the population, Sharia will be required for all and heads will start to roll, quite literally.
