Illogical. They have no rights to anything period. They are illegal, shouldn’t set foot in our nation without being stopped. Rights are for US citizens.

This alone disqualifies this woman.

The way to solve the problem of illegal immigration is to make it impossible to work here or get benefits, without valid documentation of legal status. Which, pretty much, existing Federal Law says, but it is not enforced.

Any LEGAL immigrant, even a spouse of a US citizen, has to jump through hoops and follow the rules to the letter, even stating at penalty of perjury, and the US spouse submitting proof of income and assets in that instance, an assertion that they will not go on public aid, etc.

"Immigrants Have a Right to Work in The United States"

Right to Work? Interesting choice of words. I wonder what the Big Labor Vote has to say about this...

I wonder if this ditzy broad could point out for us where this “right” is kept?

It's starting to form in the brain of Chief Justice Roberts and will emerge at the proper time in another novel ruling.

Lynch is clearly a political hack, willing to say whatever she thinks her political masters want her to say.

But even that’s not the biggest reason to vote against her.

The real reason is she is - again - a candidate chosen for her race, not her qualifications.

The U.S. Is overflowing with sharp, even brilliant lawyers who would do the job far better. But the Minority Occupation Government doesn’t want that - they want “their people” in charge.

She’s nuthin’ more then a gangsta grrl for Big O and Eric the Knife.

The republicans, IF they had ANY spine at all, should have stood up after her answer, and aid “Meeting over, you do not deserve to be attorney general and there is no way this side of hell you will be approved- have a nice day”

[[How can a citizen of a foreign country be entitled to rights and privileges due the tax paying citizens of a sovereign nation?]]

Heck , they even now have the ‘right’ to drive, to go to school, to go to college, to receive welfare benefits, (some to the tune of nearly $50,000 a year as they exploit EVERY welfare service available- while LEGAL citizens who are elderly, disabled, veterans often get only $8000-$20,000 a year to live on (Many get under $15,000- below poverty level)

it is amazing to me that ILLEGALS have the ‘right’ to work, go to schools/colleges, get welfare, drive etc etc etc- NONE of which is covered under our constitution- Yet these same dolts making those claims claim that we legal citizens have no right to own guns or to do anything religious in public, that o=gvenremnt institutions are barred from showing any preference to any religion, - all of which ARE protected under our constitution

If you pay to attend a sold out concert, do those who climb over the fence have a right to enjoy the music? Do they have a right to “their share” of the snacks you paid for and “their share” of the reserved seats too? Do they have the right to “their share” of the ground space and to move your blankets/chairs out of their way so they can be comfortable?
