Read the entire article. She cites a number of facts here. She doesn't have to cite any evidence. She isn't likely to "get her ass sued off" if she's got the evidence in her files.

Knowing New York as I do, I think it's a safe bet that she's got plenty of evidence in hand.

Remember that we're talking about the Speaker of the New York State Assembly who is under a Federal indictment for charges that could carry decades in prison terms. Someone in this position would get laughed out of a courtroom if he tried to claim that a newspaper writer has caused him some kind of harm that could be remedied through a lawsuit.

I don't think this dude -- or any of the political hacks who have been part of his racket for years -- are going to be suing anybody.
