YouTube’s GloZell Green Fires Back at Rob Lowe’s Obama Comments: ‘#StayGoodLooking’

Don’t come for GloZell Green unless she sends for you. That includes actor Rob Lowe, too.

NBC’s former “Parks and Recreation” actor took issue with the viral starlet meeting President Barack Obama this week.

“Hold up. Is it true that a woman who eats cereal out of a bathtub gets to meet with the President and the Prime Minister of Isreal does not?” Lowe tweeted Thursday.

GloZell had a question of her own for Lowe. She upped the ante by tweeting directly to him.

“Hold Up, is this the guy who spelled Israel wrong? @RobLowe #StayGoodLooking xoxo,” she wrote back, ending the tweet with her signature.

The witty remarks between the pair started after YouTube streamed “Interview with President Obama.” Green, alongside fellow YouTube creators Bethany Mota and Hank Green, sat down with our nation’s leader...

Amazing that this whole thing is actually happening in real life surrounding the Presidency of the United States - just when you thought this administration could not get any more bizarre.

Of course his comments weren't directed against GloZell at all, which I guess went over her head, but toward Obama - he won't take time to meet with a Head of State, but does apparently have the time to meet with a lady who bathes in milk and fruitloops in internet videos.

I don’t blame Glozell for doing what she did. If you can score an interview with the President, while you are sitting in a bathtub filled with cereal, more power to you.

I blame the President for making time for an interview with a person who sits in a bathtub filled with cereal.

There is a British TV show on Netflix now, “Black Mirror.”
One of the little shows or vignettes is called ‘Fifteen Million Merits’ and it is about the near future and our increasingly bizarre demands for entertainment.
Anyone who liked the Twilight Zone might enjoy it.

This crazy, green-lipped freak would have been riding an exercise bike,on this show, watching the obligatory commercials and building credits so she could have her opportunity to please a jaded public and maybe meet the president and earn fame and fortune.

Those whom the gods wish to destroy ....

These last few years have been, as the Dead put it, a long, strange trip. For example, the president of the U.S. has been ‘screwing the pooch’ daily in foreign affairs, and, as Lowe puts it, he has an opportunity to meet with the head of one of this country’s strongest allies but he begs off claiming it would be improper, and then becomes angry when a coequal branch of our government agrees to host this ally, and then he meets for an hour on youtube with a woman who bathes in cereal and milk.

they first make mad. Euripedes

What is it with the Obama-lovers making idiotic comments then ^dropping the mike^?

Rob Lowe (a liberal democrat btw) asked a pretty good question. It's like getting into a cutdown contest in Jr. High, then some idiot being called "the winner" after he says, "Your mama".

Its only amazing to Republicans and Conservatives who completely fail out outreach.... unless you count holding events at nursing homes, just ask Kevin Brady.

As odd as it may seem to you, the move is brilliant. Obama is reaching out to one of the largest emerging media markets where popular posters can earn up to six figures talking and doing practically anything. Many popular youtubers have massive, dedicated followings, with some followers paying for content and coverage through patreon and paypal. If Conservatives had a plan to win, they would be investing in these markets, looking for voters and issues to champion. You can always stick with AM radio echo chambers and circle jerk blogs where you preach the same message to people who already agree with you.

Can you name a single platform other than youtube with a low barrier for entry and access to millions of people and near instant feedback and community engagement? There isn't one.

I may sound harsh but I have nearly given up on Conservatives and Republicans. While I support many of the ideas like limited gov and personal responsibility, I am sick of the echo chamber and dead horse issues. Ive spent the past 6 months exploring the new media and actively engaging online communities looking for new political inroads in outreach. You want to know who the biggest emerging groups is on the net? Men's Rights and Fathers rights. They are a massive, intelligent, bipartisan, and active group of possible voters who are motivated for both political and cultural change. Nobody is courting them. Every year thousands of fathers are robbed of their assets, stripped of their parenting rights, and forced into financial slavery until their kids reach 18. Nobody is doing anything about it... nobody is trying to fix family courts, nobody is telling men's stories, and everywhere in our culture men are being minimized and laughed at.

In a few more months, hopefully 2-3, I will be starting my Youtube channel focusing on men's issues, stories, and support. The goal is to continue building the men's movement and offer news, stories, commentary, and support for fathers and men who are choosing to go their own way. They best way forward for our culture is to reach out a hand and engage.

McCain was right about one thing.

Remember 2008 when he called Obama a celebrity.
