Actually, there are instances with lesbian "marriages" that one of the partners had children from a previous marriage. And this is where the most insidious consequence of redefined marriage is manifested.
In the case that this lesbian couple were to divorce. . .only those two lesbians are considered for gaining legal custody of the children. The biological father is totally OUT of the picture and even the lesbian who is the biological mother has no legal consideration over the children she birthed.
This is why, on marriage license forms, the term "father" and "mother" have been struck and replaced with the new term "partner 1" and "partner 2". Children are now denied the right to be raised by the father and mother who conceived them and THAT, my friend is the real ugly and most damaging consequence of the redefining of marriage. . .it is, in effect, cultural suicide. Of course, the Left will never talk about it.
The school is PRIVATE. Thus they have the right to put in whomever they want. It is THEIR school. Sorry, I bet there are still schools out there that allow only men, women, whites, blacks, Hispanics, whatever. I seriously DOUBT that a muslim school would allow a Christian to come to their school. And of course we would hear absolutely nothing about it.

1. The "parents" are not married. A parent and that parent's children are living with a pervert. Legal recognition of unicorns wouldn't make unicorns real.
2. The school was foolish to put their reason into writing. They should reject the child (given that they decide to reject) without giving a reason - never give a reason, especially in writing.
