Thanks for all your help guys, I finally got signed up and picked my team(s) for this week. Since I am new to fantasy leagues, I will need to rely on you for guidance!

Pick your ABC teams. After qualifying you are stuck with your team. You can move your drivers from your bench to a starter right up until post time. (I use the National Anthem as my cutoff). Starters get points. The bench gets qualifying points except for Daytona 1.
