Geraldo likens criticism of Al Sharpton to criticsm of MLK

Martin Luther King Jr.’s accomplishments include being one of the most revered civil rights leader in history. Al Sharpton’s accomplishments include dodging taxes and being really awful at reading a teleprompter.

But that didn’t stop Geraldo Rivera from comparing the two men on Bill O’Reilly’s show. O’Reilly had him on to discuss Fox poll numbers that suggest that, overall, Americans are not fond of the Rev.

“Al Sharpton’s constituency really likes him a lot. He is the man for the black civil rights movement right now,” Rivera replied.

“It’s sad that a shakedown artist tax cheat can be put in that category,” O’Reilly fired back.

Rivera proceeded to defend him by saying, “If you look at the contemporary press about the personality of Martin Luther King Jr. you see a man who was suspected of the same kinds of shenanigans as Al Sharpton. You have the FBI Director was all over Martin Luther King as an adulterer…”

“The fact of the matter is black people admire Al Sharpton.”

O’Reilly also took a few parting shots at Geraldo’s stint on Celebrity Apprentice.

I compare MLK and Sharpton, too, but not in a way Geraldo would like.

I read somewhere that Jerry Rivers stripped down to his underwear on “Celebrity Apprentice” to show off his..well, whatever it is he has. He claimed to have started the selfie fad with his shower pic.

It sounds as though Geraldo is a big fan of affirmative action Oscars too! What a retard.

“Gabriel broke my heart, said Rivera, according to Politico. He’s my oldest, 32, and he just told me that for the first time in his life he’s ashamed of what I wrote on [Fox News Latino], Rivera said in an email.

Friday morning, Rivera said on Fox News’s morning program, Fox and Friends, that he believed the fact that Martin wore a hoodie contributed to his death.”

Geralduh-o is either a naive nincompoop or a numbskull

Either Rivera was trying to elevate Sharpton or indicating MLK day is based on a total farce since Sharpton is a race baiting, tax evading, riot inducing, extortionist, FBI snitch.

Geraldo is like Obama, a split personality person due to his parents being from very different ethnic/religious and/or racial groups.

However, he is also a very ignorant man concerning history. The FBI kept a close eye on Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr, due to a top-heavy Soviet/KGB/Communist Party USA influence on and presence in King’s organization, SCLC.

One was admitted Soviet KGB money bagman Stanley Levison, who was not only a CPUSA member, but King’s financial, political and personal advisor (Church Hearings, Senate, 1975, etc and a little in the Garrow books on MLK).

King’s personal aide was CPUSA southern organizer Jack O’Dell, aka Jack Vesey, aka Hunter Pitts O’Dell, who was with King for years before being exposed as a top CPUSA member. He was then shunted off (not “fired”) to another SCLC office, then went with Rev. Jesse Jackson and his fronts Operation PUSH, Operation Breadbasket and the Rainbow Coalition, as well as being one of the workhorses of the Hanoi Lobby “Mobes” and PCPJ, the Mobilization for Survival in 1982/83, and every major anti-defense communist united front in the US from the 1960’s to the 1990’s.

King was also an adulterer which left him seriously vulnerable to Soviet blackmail, which may actually have taken place. A lot of records need to be unsealed for the final proof, which is right in Wash. DC.

Rivera is a disgrace to both journalism and to knowledge.

A liberal “fox” in the Fox Henhouse.

I think Jerry's ratings are now so low that the handwriting is on the wall for his contract renewal, and he's been angling for a return gig on MSNBC in the last few months.

That, and the senility, of course.

I think I’d have to be paid to sit there and watch those two pretend to make intelligent discussion. I certainly don’t want to pay to have them in my living room!
