Regardless of whomever the ‘RATS nominate, Hillary or someone else, they will have the OBAMA ALBATROSS around their neck.

LOL

I was thinking something along those lines when I looked at the reality.

The closest vote margin states in 2012 (with their electoral votes):

1. Florida 29
2. Ohio 18
3. North Carolina 15
4. Virginia 13
5. Colorado 9
6. Pennsylvania 20
7. Iowa 6
8. New Hampshire 4
9. Nevada 6
10. Wisconsin 10

How do you pick someone for VP from the five largest who isn’t a RINO? (Assuming that “favorite son” even matters anymore).

And BOTH Cleveland and Miami held out their vote count until they knew how many votes they needed to deliver their states to Obama. Get a handle on Dem Vote Fraud or lose the WH forever, Pubbies.

I have to challenge that statement. If someone can produce some proof of this allegation, I'll listen. It wasn't Voter Fraud in '08 and '12. The Blacks and the 47% Romney talked about showed up and voted. Many Conservatives did not go to the polls for Romney. All networks on Election Day, showed waiting lines to vote in Florida to be 3 hours long in strong Democrat areas. But, that won't be happening again. The Blacks have had their Prez, the new has worn off and they are no better off than they were pre-2008. THE 2014 MIDTERMS PROVED THE "VOTE FRAUD" THING TO BE A MYTH. We've just got to realize that if we keep running sorry candidates, the Dems don't need vote fraud to kick our butt.

BTW, Congratulations of the Ohio State Buckeyes National Championship. I watched the game and was ecstatic.

Not going to happen during a Presidential election year when turnout is much higher. Demography is destiny. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ True. However, the Black vote will be 2/3 what it was in the last two Prez Elections. They've had their Black Prez, the new has worn off and they are not any better off than they were before 2008. If we have a Latino on the Ticket, Katy bar the door. And if we have a Latina (Gov. Susana Martinez of NM comes to mind.) on the ticket, we steal the women and Hispanic vote from the Dems. This is not "Identity" politics, this is "Reality" politics. 2016 is a brand new game.

The Crazy way Obama is acting the Democrats will lose more States next Election
___________________________________________________________________________________________________
You are so right. He’ll be more despised in 2016 than he is now. ObamaCare is going to be a train wreck this year and into 2016. People are going to face lost health insurance, fines for not signing up and increased premiums, much higher than they are paying now, if they do sign up.

TAKE HOPE FOLKS!!! This is our season.

I agree with the premise of your Post #28. I would disagree, however, about Michigan and Pennsylvania going GOP in 2016. I’ve given up on those two liberal bastions. They tease us every 4 years and end up going with the DemocRATS on Election day. I refer you to the 2014 Senate Election in MI. They had a chance to end over 3 decades of Liberalism in that Senate seat that was held by Carl Levin. They went with a meat-head, Liberal; Gary Peters.

DEAD ON! vigilanteman. I’ve been screaming about that for years. I was on PA state committee. Not only PA, but if the GOP was worth anything, they could have done the same with OH,MI and WI, where pubs controlled the legislatures and governor mansions. Not only would allocation of electoral votes based on congressional district be a better fulfillment of the original intent of the founders, but it would eliminate the effects of voter fraud for a generation or more.

How do you pick someone for VP from the five largest (of States the GOP has a chance of taking from the Democrats in 2016) who isn’t a RINO?
_____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Well, let’s see:

Florida (29 EV): Rubio is “iffy”.

Ohio (18 EV): John Kasich has shown a real RINO side of late.

North Carolina (15 EV): Nobody

Pennsylvania (20 EV): I’ve given up on that State. They tease us every election and end up going with the DemocRATS. And, Rick Santorum is a proven loser once he leaves church parking lots.

Virginia (13 EV): Nobody

I’ll tell who would put a Pubbie in the White House. A candidate who has a running mate who is Conservative, female and Hispanic. Gov. Susana Martinez of New Mexico.

What say ye?

I'd add Florida, Virginia, Colorado, Iowa, Nevada and New Mexico to that list. I'd like to add California, New York and Illinois, but they are too far gone as to make it even a remote possibility.

So, the late reporting from Cleveland and Miami was a coincidence? I don’t believe in coincidences.

I submit to you the following idea: that the DNC, after seeing the results of their internal polls, did not turn on the vote machine - and the results surprised them.

The 2014 midterms were an aberration. There will be NO repeat of that success again - where the Left lets their guard down and gets throat-punched.

Thanks Sarge - I had one guy here say he didn’t like it. I asked him why, but he didn’t respond.

I assume it sounded a bit KKK’ish to him - putting whites first. But, of course, there is a huge difference between looking out for the interests of whites versus lynching blacks.

No way Blacks are going to turn out in 2016 as they did in 2012 and 2008. Look at what happened in 2010 and 2014. That’s what the turn out will be like.
