While everyone’s focused on the impossibility of this getting ratified in the Senate please take a moment to consider what happens when it is in force elsewhere. How many popular foreign firearms and ammunition sources will be cut off because the source countries have put this treaty into force?

I wonder if this is part of the reason for the shortage of 22 LR ammo? Mexico was a major supplier 5 years ago, but now I see none of it for sale.

Prices of ammo will shoot through the roof, but folks in America will begin manufacturing ammo. Besides, there are hundreds of millions if not billions of rounds in America stored away.
