New bill sparks debate over abortion information (Nebraska)

Walking into a public health clinic for information about abortion isn't an easy choice to make.

A group of Nebraska senators want to make sure anyone who does, has the facts they need to possibly reconsider.

Senator Bill Kintner introduced a bill Monday that would require updated informed consent laws to be made public; both online and on the doors of any clinic that performs abortions.

Those forms remind women that it's against the law for anyone to be pressured to have an abortion.

So could this help bring down abortion rates?

Kintner thinks so.

"It might yes, it might. I very much want to give the woman every opportunity to say yes to life," he says.

Another part of the bill, would require clinics to use updated sonogram technology, the kind used now is from 1991.

"Now we want to update the technology, so the woman, when she views her baby, can see it in a much clearer, crisper form," Kintner says.

They should have a waiting period.

Then a short test to confirm understanding of the procedures and regulations.

A card should be issued in the holder’s name.

A permanent, auditable record should be made that includes the name of the would-be mother.

Long-term:

Only one per 3 years and no Assault Abortions/Junk abortions.

They should have a weaponized Bureau of Women’s Reproductive Rights, with full arrest powers and Ninjya Kook Crew.

They go around, auditing paperwork and arrest women trying to purloin junk abortions and undocumented abortions.

Bill Kintner is a good state rep.
I voted for him and hope he does much more for conservatives here.

Liberal thought:
Waiting period for handguns? Good
(because the purchase might be done “in haste”)

Waiting period for abortions? Bad
(because women are smart and well, abortions are never done “in haste”)

The “3D” sonograms use an external pc and monitor to use data from the sonogram machine to create the 3D imaged , so realistically you’re looking at $2,000 for all the equipment you need to put 3D sonogram images onto a 32” flat screen TV with pc input. That’s a powerful weapon to have...

P.S. Fetal Hearbeat monitors are everywhere on eBay , new and FDA approved for under $50 shipped.
