During protracted negotiations between Epstein’s lawyers and state prosecutors over his agreement to plead guilty to sex offences, a US Attorney in Florida “promised to avoid” allowing the case to become a media circus.
Epstein’s victims were not told of the plea bargain agreement until after it had happened, denying them the chance to press for a trial on more serious charges, where they would have had the opportunity to name their alleged abusers from the witness box.
Epstein’s legal team was also concerned that if his victims were allowed to “participate in the state sentencing”, their accusations would have forced a judge to give Epstein a longer sentence than the 18-month jail term he eventually received.

That’s my take on it as well.
That foul pig got the best justice a billionaire’s money can buy...not even a slap on the wrist, considering what he was accused of. DISGRACEFUL!!! You can bet if his name were Mohammed X Lumumba Jones, he would never breathe free air again!
