That’s so true and it’s not just the NYT - all the LSM seem to do it - like throwing spaghetti against the wall and seeing if anything sticks, whether it’s true or not. Print something “scandalous” about the Pubs on the front page above the fold, then do a retraction in small print on page 32.

Re: Ravens

...and their next stop is Foxboro.

I do believe that this old Bronco fan is going to warm up the popcorn and watch that ‘un.

(Great big ol’ grin)

Actually, I was thinking of R.E.M.'s It's the It's The End Of The World As We Know It (And I Feel Fine)... But the Fab Four works!

Cool. I really only get interested when the Ravens look like they might do something.

And I for sure don’t watch OTHER football games, not my city. THAT is a guy thing.

Taking a nap time. Went to give all the cats some attention. Two of them are Billy’s cats. They are still alive though one hates me as much as I hate her. One is a big fat guy should be dead already. One cat is really mine, one I got from the shelter. I like that cat.

Anyway I go to scratch the fat guy’s ears....he loves that....and the area behind his neck cause he’s too fat to scratch it hisself. I reach out and scratch the lady cat who hates me, just because I was already down there. Gerald, of course, has to come over and hey, he’s my guy.

So Jackie the rescue dog comes in cause why these cats getting all this attention?

So I give the cats some catnip and JAckie the rescue dog thinks this is really a waste of time.

Heh.

That's why I would expect the NYT to hold the story until after the vote for Speaker.

Yeah but too late. EVERYONE is talking about it.

You can't put the toothpaste back in the tube now that it's been squeezed out. And the vote for Speaker is Tuesday--so the story and buzz is the perfect storm against Boehner.

We used to win wars but we had to go in there and make the people act right....witness Japan.
It is my opinion that all foreign policy should be based around bringing The Bill of Rights to every nation on Earth but instead we are slowly losing it here in the US.

I don't know if legally ozero can give club gitmo to Cuba or not. I suppose little would stop him. If he does it will be just one more nail in the now slammed shut dnc coffin.
He has successfully destroyed the demoncrat party like no other gay communist could.

Oh rats, I missed her - will try to catch her on the replay on FNC later. I was rooting for her - glad she made it as she seems quite qualified and a good one for our side.

All - apologize again for the double post - don’t know what’s going on today - I rarely do this. All I can figure is I’m at my sister’s and something is up with their internet (can’t possibly be operator error).

You are exactly right. Who says we have to preserve some creepy religion or dictator?

If we have to go in there you are going to do it our way.

How about this idea ... gasoline has a fixed price at the pump. The lower the producer's cost, the more tax. If the producers cost goes above the fixed price, then the government makes up the difference. That way the government has an incentive to keep the producers' cost low.

I mean, this is a "good time" to raise taxes based on a temporary reduction in cost of the commodity. And a good time to REDUCE the tax is when the commodity price goes up. Corker wants to take advantage in one direction only. I'll help you kick his can down the road.

It’s like when our Dad’s told us while driving, “Don’t make me come back there!”

If we have to go “back there”, there should be some very sore butts!
