The Last Resort: Replace John Boehner (lengthy must read!)
americanthinker.com ^ | 1/2/14 | Lester Jackson

Crominbus was the last straw. Conservatives are now absolutely livid at the RINO Establishment. Rarely, if ever, has such an unmistakable voter mandate been so brazenly nullified before the newly elected could even take office. Calls escalate to "end" the Republican Party because conservatives cannot change it. By contrast, Rush Limbaugh, while lamenting that "the losers in the last election [got] pretty much everything they want[ed]," nevertheless rejects the third party call: "taking over the Republican Party is better."

Sarah Palin protests that what House Speaker John Boehner and 162 Republican "yahoos" did "stinks to high heaven," for which Rep. Gohmert expects Boehner to be rewarded with Democrat votes for speaker. Palin declares open season on RINOs, including replacing Boehner. Conservatives find it especially galling -- and intolerable -- to have a Speaker who (a) shows utter contempt for the representatives whose election resulted in his ascension to power; and (b) does everything he can to subvert the wishes, interests and values of these representatives and their constituents.

It could take years replace or seize control of the Republican Party, by which time everything this country has stood for could be destroyed. However, there is a clearly viable short term strategy. Oust Boehner from the speakership -- now!

If the 2014 and 2010 elections are to have any meaning at all, if all the work and promises made to elect Republican majorities in both houses of Congress are not to be completely nullified, replacing Boehner must be considered the top priority. (Although Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell deserves recognition for his zealous defense of freedom of speech, he too should be replaced because he is a RINO stooge, as Andrew McCarthy makes plain. However, due to different House and Senate procedures, what follows is confined to Boehner.)

Doesn't this sound familiar!! From the article:

RINO Methods

The RINO modus operandi is crystal clear. First, RINOs savagely and falsely smear conservatives who offer a choice in Republican primaries, even courting Democrat votes with classic shameless Democrat-style race-baiting.

Second, after working and spending vast sums to defeat conservatives in primaries, the Establishment demands that conservatives support RINOs in general elections because Democrats are allegedly worse and conservatives have no place else to go. After the lame-duck effrontery the country just suffered, defiant RINO nullification of an election won by candidates who campaigned on the appeal and strength of conservative promises, the "lesser evil" siren song has lost a lot of its appeal.

Third, and most important, while demanding conservative "lesser evil" support for RINO nominees, the Establishment often does not reciprocate. Nor are RINOs content to remain mute about their distaste for conservative nominees. Instead, RINOs feel free to trash conservative Republican nominees. Then Establishment "experts" pontificate that conservative candidates can't win general elections because they are incompetent, too extreme and just plain nuts. Obviously, when a conservative primary winner has to fight not only a Democrat opponent but also malicious attacks by those supposed to be on his or her own side, it is grossly unfair to declare him or her unelectable.

The Lesson: Turnabout Is Fair Play

There is a lesson here. For RINOs, the "lesser evil" ploy is a one-way street. Many RINOs favor defeat of conservative Republicans by leftist Democrats, if that's the choice. Turning the tables is long overdue.

And as Karl Rove observed, they will ALWAYS vote GOP on that basis alone.

Boehner and his two other stooges have to go. I don't know why that wasn't obvious two years ago, but it sure should be by now after Cantor lost his primary. A crisis would be better than letting the RINOs get away with this. A crisis just might be the only thing that stops the newly elected who campaigned as constitutional conservatives to lose their direction in the DC smog.

We've lost more than we've won with the majorities if the establishment 'pubs decided that conservatives are yesterday's garbage after having gotten them elected on their false promises.

Historians will see this as a turning point. Either the DC crowd is brought back under control or the US doesn't have a chance. I don't think I'm exaggerating.

Boehner, who, from day one, has prevented use of constitutional powers Congress does have in order to block a lawless president from abusing powers he does not have — and who now has nullified the clear results of an election.

About sums it up right there, Dump Boehner, he is the Enemy

Frankly, I’m done w/ the traitors otherwise known as the gop. Only a fool would vote for them now. I will never vote for another republican as long as I live. Ditto democrats. We need a new party of conservatives, not cowardly allies of the democrats that go along to get along. Taking back the gop will simply NEVER happen as the rinos control all the levers of power will not give them up. You might as well urinate into the wind. Boehner & Mitch are perfect examples of all that is wrong w/ the gop. McCain goes even farther. The next time they want my vote, they can go bark at the moon. Besides, most of the people in the gop leadership & Congress couldn’t pour urine out of a boot with instructions on the heel. Good riddance!

The RINOs should quit the republican party. They are democrats (wolves) in sheep’s clothing. They have stooped to lying and empty promises, just like the democrats.

In 1968, theleft-wing radicals were in Grant Park, across the street from the Democrat convention, getting the crap beat out of them by Chicago's finest.

In 1972, they were in the building -- and nominated their guy.

By 1976, they were in complete control of the party.

You're contending that we conservatives can't do what a bunch of pony-tailed stiffs did in eight years?

In fact, I would contend that we have established a reliable core of Congressional conservatives, can nominate our guy in 2016...and be in complete control by 2020. <

How long will it take your third party to exert any influence, much less win elections?

This picture tells me .. Respect is one thing .. CHUMMY is another.

After all Obama has done to destroy AMERICA .. how can ANY LEADER OF THE GOP EVEN THINK OF BEING CHUMMY WITH THIS PRESIDENT.

GOP: YOU WERE ELECTED TO STOP OBAMA’S DESTRUCTION OF AMERICA. IF YOU’RE NOT UP TO THE JOB .. THEN JUST SIT DOWN AND THE REAL AMERICANS WILL DO THE JOB YOU ARE AFRAID TO DO.

"taking over the Republican Party is better."

Unicorns will fart skittles before that happens. Mechanisms have now been implemented, funded and put into place to ensure that NEVER happens.

The GOP is dead, Jim. Dead for Conservatives.

But I guess practicing insanity is still the only thing someone infected with Normacly Bias can muster.

Elections are moot. It's a manipulated shell game by the Ruling Class at this stage. Plus, as history teaches, you cannot stop tyranny and corruption by a lawless cabal via civil means, period.

The problem we have is the lack of knowledge of the little Republican primary voters from NH to FL to OR, etc.

Simple math folks. The GOP has become evil. If you vote for it, make excuses for it or try to save it, you are as evil as they are. Because thats the result of empowering evil.

You overlook the real problem

Conservatives lack the raw political power to prevail.

Lacking power to control, the next best course is to mass what strength is available in the GOP to exert the force available.

The mass of force is the GOPc, the conservative wing.

Well we have been failing at your cunning plan for several election cycles so considering you are spouting the same crap the GOP has pushed all that time, are you a plant, a sycophant, evil or just stupid?

pick one and fess up. Because there is no logical reason anyone would rehash the exact failure that resulted in the conditions er see today other than one of the above. What? Did you think no one would actually notice your brilliant revelation was the actual PROBLEM?

ABB (Anybody But Boehner) works for me. If electing Nancy Pelosi (and later dethroning her and replacing her with a TRUE conservative) initially is what it takes, so be it.

The Mississippi primary election has told us what the GOPe is really all about. And that is NOT the best interest of the American people.
