Sharpton, Obama, DeBlasio and Holder poured gasoline to the race hatred fire, but also share responsibility the companies that finance Sharpton’s race war.
These are some of the companies that finance Sharpton’s race war, Walmart, Anheuser-Busch, Macy’s, Pfizer, NY Developer Forest City Ratner, MGM, Pepsi, Macy’s, Honda, Chrysler, General Motors, FedEx, Continental Airlines, Johnson & Johnson and Chase. Al Sharpton is able to fly around the country advocating for violent protests and the murder of cops because many of the nation’s top corporations have fallen for his shakedown efforts and give him millions to fund his activities. It is time to pressure these corporations to stop finding this charlatan’s efforts.
Free speech is not the mantra to say anything you want like most think it is. Free Speech covered under the First Amendment is a “right” and can be taken from you. All rights that have been given to us - inalienable or otherwise - stops when those right(s) infringe upon another’s right(s). As someone else has posted that your free speech right stops when you infringe on another causing harm to that other person, whether intentionally or unintentionally. The right of free speech ends when you either slander or cause liable against an individual seeking to destroy their reputation, character or to cause physical harm. This is why one cannot incite a riot because it infringes on the rights of others by seeking to destroy or cause harm to property or persons.
When I stated that inalienable rights can be taken away think about those inalienable rights. There are three of them defined by the Preamble to the Constitution. They are Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness given to us by God. Should you take another person’s life, you could lose your right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness by either being incarcerated for life or have your own life taken through the death penalty.
Free speech is not say anything I want because I am given the right to say it. Like almost all rights we have, free speech has limitations as to the bounds of what “free” means. Sure I can yell fire in a crowded theater because I feel the nerve to say it but there is a consequence if no fire is actually there. You can say anything you want anywhere in the world but say the wrong thing and you could face some dire consequences. The right to free speech stops when your speech infringes on the right of another.
I am so sick of people saying this country guarantees us free speech so I can say anything I want. Well you can say anything you want in North Korea too. However, like North Korea, the United States of America also has limitations on this very intrinsic right. The only difference is that America gives you a little more freedom in to what one can and cannot say as opposed to what one can and cannot say in North Korea.
In the early part of this century, the House was trying to pass a hate crime bill (I forget who sponsored it but Pehosi was backing it) that should I say anything bad about Islam’s prophet, I could be jailed for doing so. Luckily this bill never passed. This takes away my freedom to say their prophet was a pederant but does not infringe on any right of any muslim to worship (another right). So this bill if it had passed could be found unconstitutional by the very nature of the question: What right was infringed upon?
Hate speech is aimed at the act of slander towards a person in order to cause harm to that person. If Hate speech was seen as merely derogatory speech then anything said in a negative light would and could be construed as hate speech.
Here is a question for you, If I called Bush a monkey president, this is not hate speech. If I called 0Bummer a monkey president, would that be hate speech? In the current definition, it would be. I will leave it up to you to figure out why.

See, I don’t believe in the evolutionist fairy tale that humans evolved from apes, and the eugenicist twist on that positing that people who have a more ape-like appearance are closer evolutionarily to apes than others with less of an apish appearance. There are plenty of WHITE people whose appearance is far more apish than even Moochelle 0bama’s.
If I say 0bama is a monkey president, it’s not because I believe that Black people are closer to monkeys on the evolutionary scale than white people. It’s because I believe he’s a bloody monkey president!
If I say Moochelle looks like a gorilla, it’s not because I believe she is an evolutionary throwback, it’s because she looks like a bloody gorilla! There are plenty of WHITE people that look like gorilla’s, too, and many of them from my own Italian ancestry.
Oh, and Bush WAS a monkey president. Not because he’s lower on the evolutionary scale than other humanoids, but because on 9/12/2001, he said that Islam is a “religion of peace”, rather than informing the residents of Mecca that they had 48 hours to clear out before the U.S. reduced it to a smouldering radioactive crater.
I’d love to see the stats on the number of police shit by blacks vs the numbers of blacks shot by police... and then converted to percentage of the population in each case. I’m willing to bet that the chances of a black being shot by a cop is lower than the chances of a cop being shot by a black.
