Woo hoo!! Spread the news!! Sheila escaped from the hospital and is hoooome!! She didn’t like the short term care center they sent us to, so we bolted. This lady is a fighter!! We’ve already transferred her to and from her wheelchair a couple times at home and she did remarkably well. Chris used a transfer strap, but he said she did most of the work. Her mind is already back 100% and I think her body is probably 75 to 80%. A few home therapy sessions and she should be back to normal. Praise the Lord! And thank you all very much for your prayers!! FReepers are the absolute greatest!!

Well, WOO-HOO! Sheila is home well before Christmas! God is GOOD. Praise the Lord and Sheila’s the very best escape artist!
I am so happy and so proud of your beautiful Sheila! I just knew she would call the shots and get herself home ASAP, but this is almost miraculous!
God bless and keep you both, and of course Chris and John, too.
