A judge cleared the way Thursday for thousands of young immigrants in Arizona who are protected from deportation under an Obama administration policy to get driver’s licenses.
The preliminary injunction issued by U.S. District Judge David Campbell bars the state from enforcing Gov. Jan Brewer’s policy of denying the licenses to about 20,000 immigrants.
The injunction that takes effect on Monday was a formality that carries out instructions issued in July by the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. …

Do they have to take a test in English? Do they have to take a driving test? Do they have to pay a fee? They should deport these illegal alien invaders when they show up for a license. Seize their assets and immediately deport them. Have a Merry Christmas...in your own lousy country.

What law is it that requires the states
to recognize reciprocity as far as driver’s licenses are concerned?
I recently had to show, once again, a US birth certificate to renew a FL Driver’s License, which I have had for over thirty years.
I so wish a governor would publicly stand up and tell such judges to ‘Eff Off.

This had BETTER be appealed higher!
They are illegal aliens with legal work permits and SSNs. Obama should have been impeached for this alone. The Reps failed to criticize him and Cantor was preparing the GOP’s version of the Dream Act. This was the template for the current amnesty. It won’t be reversed. We are screwed as a country.

Article 3, section 2
In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction. In all the other Cases before mentioned, the supreme Court shall have appellate Jurisdiction, both as to Law and Fact, with such Exceptions, and under such Regulations as the Congress shall make.
ARREST THE JUDGE and sieze his assets, for usurping the US Constitution. NO STATE is Required to appear before an INFERIOR COURT.
