Brittany Noble-Jones, a reporter at KMOV in St. Louis, tweets that the Big Lots retail store in Ferguson, Missouri, is shutting down. While the corporate office won’t comment on whether the closure is related to the post-Ferguson riots and protests, other small businesses have told Noble-Jones that they are “feeling the pinch.”
Way to go, social justice mob.

Good for Big Lots! There is no reason to provide anything in a town of thugs, criminals and the people who let them burn the town to the ground.

Indian merchants may stay (though they may also get security); it is caste-based (really), so their only option is to open another store elsewhere (as opposed to changing professions).
I saw the news that many businesses were “minority-owned”, but didn’t know what businesses they meant. I don’t think they were referring to the Indian guy; as far as the hood-rats are concerned they are bloodsucking parasites because they expect to be paid for merchandise...
Maybe a black liberal will offer to manage the store so whitey won’t be a part of Big Lots in the Ferguson ghetto. Hey big Al have any ideas?
Hell it’s not just Ferguson; it’s all over the country. Obama’s great social experiment is causing the closure of a large number of small businesses and large chain stores. Of course its intentional with socialist Marxists in power. They want the “state” to own and operate everything so they can prove that socialism is a failed political concept when they run it straight into ground.
What gets me is that when these eastern “minorities” open stores in the hood but live in nicer (SAFER) neighborhoods,
they’re called “parasites”.
They’re providing goods and services to a neighborhood that wouldn’t have them otherwise, and all they get is disdain.
i’m not sure this is a racial issue per se. i think it’s an inner city issue because you don’t see black suburban residents act like this. but you do see white inner city kids acting like this.
Much like the open exercise area inside a penitentiary.

Overheard a discussion on CNBC about how well this managed economy is going. ‘Why haven’t we done this before?’ was the main question.
The ‘State’ doesn’t have to own everything. It would be just too hard to manage. The State merely has to control through regulation and taxation to achieve the same result. Many small business owners understand that Uncle Sam is the silent majority partner. That’s why there are fewer entrepreneurs then ever before.
