By thos analysis, rape should occur most frequently wben women are most immodest, so strip club rape should be rampant. And rape should almost never happen at home when victims are securely tucked in bed.

Not being a woman, I don't fully understand what takes place but young women flaunt it while they got it while older women complain because they no longer got it. They are both wiser and jealous of the young girls.

From my teenage years to the present I've given a glance at various attractive women....more than a few of whom were immodestly dressed and/or were behaving in a "flirty" way.But I've never raped a single one of them...or even considered so doing.

Women dressing more modestly and behaving with a bit more decency wouldn't hurt in the fight against rape but guys need to understand from an early age that there are some things...and some people...that you just can't have.

The older women complain because we have learned from hard experience what happens when a female does "flaunt it." Some of us still have it, but we have realized that if you dress like a whore you're in danger of getting treated like one. And believe it or not, not all young girls flaunt their assets. They're smart. It's possible for a girl to be beautiful without having her boons and butt hanging out.

They do not understand the fragility of civilization and the constant nearness of savage nature.

Bingo! They do their best to hide in the sand. When things like race riots happen they do their best to blame it on anything but the concept that civilization is a fragile veneer. They have already rejected guns and personal responsibility, hence the idea that abject human savagery is only a short slide away is too horrible for them to contemplate. Their brain rejects the horror of that and substitutes any thing it can find.

I see this all the time when I try to justify carrying a concealed weapon to people that don't 'get it'. They refuse to see the world as dangerous because they have no defense. They simply can't handle the idea that anyone around them might want to do them harm. Because they have no way to stop it, the very idea is horrifying. So their mind rejects that horror and refused to believe in danger.

Conservative ideology makes people responsible for their actions, but now the problem is short skirts.

That's the whole point. Dressing like a porn star, getting falling down drunk at a bar, or frat house, and then pushing ALL the resposibility on to someone else to ensure you don't get raped is the anti-thesis to conservative actions and thoughts.

That doesn't take the culpability away from the rapist; it does spread it around to ALL the individuals responsible for the situation.

“femine modesty” must be another of the Republican’s War On Women campaign theme. Wherein the Republican’s want women to wear burkas and other Moslem required female garb to hide their bodies from lustful conservatives.
