I live about five miles from Mt. Rushmore. It’s sculpted from rocks and it really does rock.

We can see it from our back deck when it’s lighted at night. Very inspirational.

Oh, my. cva66snipe!

Ages ago we used to converse on this site!
Content I cannot remember, but memory tugs at me to say we had some interesting banter 'back in the day.'

"I use the name to help find old shipmates."

Any luck with that?

Sorry the ping is late...computer and internet issues ALL day at work, and still.

Sending out prayers for Arrowhead1952 as he recovers from his horrible fall.

The first syllable of my first name, Rob, combined with the first syllable of my last name, Win, to make the lovely, lilting (don’t you agree?) FR name of robwin.

Um....suuuuure.....

I did come here during the Dan Rather fake documents debacle. I kept hearing that a "FReeper" had broken the case wide open [I think from listening to Rush]

.....and logged on just to see what it was all about.

And you know me...couldn't keep quiet for very long. LOL!

I’m a sales representative for a food distribution company. I order and stock shelves in grocery stores with Edy’s ice cream, Haagen Dazs, and Nestle ice cream. I also take care of DiGiorno, Tombstone, and California Pizza Kitchen pizza’s. I always tell people i’m an evil capitalist because I want to make money by selling product, but I don’t want to give it all to the Government/Gibsmedats.
So, hence the name EvilCapitalist.

Well, my feathers have been both bent - could not soar, then there was a heck of a dust up, hence my bent feathers changed to soaring feather for a fast get away. Also, a Poet needs a name to remember..:=)

From "Ostrich Boy", an insult directed at me by the notorious Jadegold when I was posting on the Gun Threads @ Salon.com (If you must know, I was on the pro-gun side)

I decided to take possession of the name, modified to reflect my national origin.

Simple, my name is Doug and I am a veteran. I am also a veterinarian. I thought I’d like to buy a Corvette and have a personalized license plate of Vetvetvet but just haven’t had the money to do so.

Sold mine just this year. It was a lot of fun and I miss it. Maybe there is an Aston Martin in my future.

“Sargo was and oldie.
Thanks for your service.”

I did not serve. I lost an uncle on Sargo and the crew has been gracious enough to treat me as a shipmate.

I was named after my Dad, blueunicorn5. I’m not really a “Junior” because we have different middle names.

I started out flying sail planes at fourteen. I carried a CD player with tunes and would fly to the music. That’s where I came up with Skydancer because I would dance to the music when I flew. I later flew pseudo air combat and listened to Little Richard and waxed the guys who flew against me ...LOL
