It would not surprise me if Obama used prosecutorial discretion in this area. He doesn’t have to follow the law on Obamacare. And he doesn’t have to follow immigration law. And he doesn’t have to follow the First Amendment on freedom of religion with his abortion mandate. And he doesn’t have to follow the Constitution with his excessive fines for Obamacare employers and for EPA demands. And he doesn’t have to follow the Constitution if he wants to infringe on our God-given right to keep and bear arms. And he doesn’t have to follow the law if he wants to give subsidies to parasites in ineligible states in violation of the law for Obamacare. Why should he have to follow trade laws?
Just wait for him to give Castro the American installation at Guantanamo. This will happen before 2016.
He promised to shut it down and he will do it and give it away.
