US Marshals serve the Courts.

And, in case you hadn't noticed, the courts serve Obama.

US Marshals are not going to disobey their federal judge else they are going to be replaced after they are themselves put in jail.

And do you really think they are going to be putting Obama or his henchmen in jail? Do you really think Obama is not above the law?

I am saying federal judges, as a separate and coequal branch of federal government have the power to stop persons and groups from violating a federal court order and they have the legal authority to do so.

But they won't. There are more Federal Judges who are on Obama's team than there are on the side of one or two judges who recognize the evil and are willing to try to stop it.

The only answer is impeachment. And that isn't going to happen. We have a Congress that has the legal authority and power to stop Obama, but they are too chicken$#!+ to even defund his plans.

And in our current dictatorship we do not have 3 co-equal branches of government. We have an all powerful executive and two neutered branches of a withered vine.

I have already stated more times than a few that US Marshals need not have any contact with Obama or his directors.

The people they will arrest or serve summons are federal contractors and federal employees who violate a federal court order.

That means the General Dynamics plant in Corbin, Kentucky will not be manufacturing Amnesty IDs and that means the Social Security Administration will not be issuing SSNs to illegals and so on.

No, it isn't.

Sometimes the fed courts do come through for us. The Freemont Nebraska ordinance run by a group of petitioners against renting to illegals and local E-Verify made it past SCOTUS.
Scotus also permitted local control of E-Verify and elements of 1070 survived.
I believe that Hostage is correct here and also have an interest in maintaining their turf.
There are lefties that do not support the EO. Judges I believe would be inclined to disagree with his out-of-bounds approach on immigration.
