Really? America was NOT supposed to be a fascist dictatorship, but that was when we were a constitutional republic. The reality we are facing is somewhere on the national socialist to soviet socialist spectrum, rather than safely within the bounds of the Constitution.
Every time I read he was a constitutional lawyer I think that all they taught him was how to rule without it. He is flawless in the execution otherwise he would be impeached.
