This is kind of old as it was sitting in my email inbox for a couple of weeks.

Did Eric not swear to defend the Constitution of the US and not some foreign entity?

If he wants to understand anything that makes sense in this world; he needs to read a book “Inventing Freedom, How the English Speaking People Made the Modern World” by Daniel Hannan. This is one of the most remarkable books my husband and I have read. If you read one book this year or in your lifetime this is it. This man explains in all with facts to prove what he says and he goes back into past history t o modern times. I have never read a book quite like this; that puts everything into perspective.

Where in the Constitution does it specify a mechanism to yield to international authority?

They want to disarm everyone to rule and plunder the world, Mugabe style, trampling swines not content with destoying Zimbabwe. Menawhile institutionalized Corporate retadd RINOs go ohh ahh yes sir.

The UN out of the US. International Law my backside trumping the US Constitution. Holder should be in federal prison than a hearing. Bring him to the closed state prison in Newberry or the Ottawa National Forest work camp. The people will get his butt to work cutting down trees cleaning up trash all to be supervised by taxpayers with whips and trained German Shepherds

More people need to know the 5 elements of good laws:

1. Generality - Laws shouldn’t be specially carved out to benefit one group or to attack or harm a narrow group of individuals.

2. Prospectivity - This is the constraint on ex post facto laws. Laws should always apply in the future and never to the past.

3. Publicity - Laws should be broadly published and well known, both to the representatives themselves and general public.

4. Consent - Laws must be generally acceptable to those who will live by them.

5. Proper due process - Due process means that the law is meted out equally and fairly with each similar crime being treated the same. Justice must be blind.

International Law is a fiction. It’s only a collection of agreements between nation states.

this should be the first priority of the new Congress: impeach and remove Holder as he is unfit to serve the Constitution he swore to uphold.
