He can tell which way the wind is blowing.
While it might be too cold for crocodiles, a moat is still a good idea for the Palace of New York. I would go for electrified razor wire, guard towers with light and heavy machine guns, anti tank rockets, armed attack drones,searchlights and seismic/infrared intrusion devices.
This might be a little heavy for now, but in a month or so, he will look prescient.
